In the 8th picture from the top you will see a young man with Archie and other teachers who stands on the far right. His name was Forrest Issacson. I believe this was his first year of teaching and I think he taught 3-4 grade for several years. He was a redhead and sort of puggie back then. I met him again when Andy and I first moved to Bemidji and were out playing tennis. Another young couple asked to play against us and after they introduced themselves...he was Forrest and I said I had heard that name only one other time in my life...well it was him! He had married a phsyical education teacher in Grafton and had become athletic and quite slim. We stayed friends over the years but he passed away about 5 years ago saddly. The others in the picture I do not remember at all...perhaps these were all first year teachers?
Well, now I see this mans face in another picture and do not recognize the kids...so perhaps it is not him!!! Hopefully someone will clear this up...I look at these kids and do not know anyone! Did I go to school here!? Ha!
